ABOUT MORIAH
Professionally, I’ve spent my career in service to others, gaining experience across diverse industries, from hospitality and ecotourism to leading dives as a PADI-certified scuba dive master. Now, as a massage therapist, my background has given me a unique perspective on human connection, movement, and well-being. With over 25 years of direct, high-volume interpersonal experience, I’ve received an education that goes far beyond textbooks—one rooted in real-world interactions, intuition, and adaptability.
Beneath the surface, I am deeply immersed in my own personal growth and self-development. My journey of working through CPTSD and ancestral trauma has led me down a variety of healing paths over the years. I’ve explored trauma recovery, shadow work, biohacking, routine detoxing, breathwork, homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, frequency therapy, plant medicine, and reducing overall bio burdens, to name a few. Regular bodywork remains an essential part of my process, helping me regulate my nervous system and release unprocessed emotions.
This lifelong exploration eventually led me to Spa Tech Institute, where I completed the Therapeutic Massage Training Program in 2020, with specialized education in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and hot stones. To complement this foundation, I pursued advanced training in Ashiatsu (barefoot massage) with the master instructors at DeepFeet Bar Therapy. Working alongside skilled therapists in various therapeutic settings has further enriched my skills and broadened my approach to bodywork.
Additionally, I have introductory training in herbalism, having completed a 115-hour apprenticeship with Greenwood Herbals in Limerick, Maine (2020). There, I gained hands-on experience in harvesting, processing, and applying plant medicine—knowledge I’ve seamlessly woven into my practice to offer a well-rounded therapeutic and holistic approach.
Beyond formal training, I believe that the most profound healing stems from the practitioner’s intent and personal well-being. My dedication to my own health and self-care allows me to bring clarity, presence, and grounded energy into every session. I truly enjoy my craft and am honored that others seek my services.
WORKING WITH ME
As a wellness provider, my role is to anticipate client needs and guide them through their care as effectively as possible. While I have a strong intuitive sense, I am not a mind reader—this is a collaborative process. I encourage open communication at all times so clients can advocate for their needs and receive the best possible experience.
I work with people from all walks of life, across various ages and backgrounds. With a few exceptions, bodywork is widely beneficial, though it’s important to recognize that massage therapy is a broad field and not every practitioners skillset is a match for every client. If I believe additional self-care practices or complementary therapies could support your well-being, I am always happy to share insights and recommendations—including modalities beyond my own scope of practice. My ultimate goal is to help clients feel empowered in their own healing journey.

"When we free ourselves from the weight of past physical and emotional trauma, we create space for greater flow, vitality, and ease in our lives. As the body unwinds, so too do the limitations that keep us stuck—allowing for new perspectives, deeper resilience, and a greater sense of freedom within and without. My work is rooted in empowering others to take ownership of their well-being, releasing what no longer serves them so they can move through life with greater clarity, strength, and self-trust."
