ABOUT MORIAH
My path to bodywork has never been particularly linear. Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent many years working directly with people across hospitality, ecotourism, and other service-based industries—including time as a PADI-certified scuba divemaster. Those experiences shaped the adaptability, intuition, and attentiveness I now bring to my work.
I completed the Therapeutic Massage Training Program at Spa Tech Institute in 2020, with training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and hot stones. I later pursued advanced training in Ashiatsu barefoot massage through DeepFeet Bar Therapy.
My education also includes a 115-hour herbalism apprenticeship with Greenwood Herbals, where I studied the harvesting, processing, and practical application of medicinal plants.
My approach to bodywork continues to evolve through professional education, years of hands-on practice, and my own longstanding interest in the relationship between the body, nervous system, movement, and overall well-being.
WORKING WITH ME
My work is intuitive and responsive rather than formulaic. Every body is different, and every session is approached according to what presents itself that day.
I value clear communication and client autonomy. You are always encouraged to communicate about pressure, positioning, temperature, comfort, or anything else that would make the session work better for you. At the same time, you don’t need to direct every moment of your session—my role is to pay attention, adapt, and do the work you’ve come to me for.
Massage is a broad field, and no practitioner’s approach is the right fit for everyone. I encourage clients to choose practitioners and modalities that genuinely support what they’re looking for.
My goal is simple: to provide thoughtful, skilled bodywork in an environment where you can settle in, let go, and allow your body some space to shift.

"When we free ourselves from the weight of past physical and emotional trauma, we create space for greater flow, vitality, and ease in our lives. As the body unwinds, so do the limitations that keep us stuck—allowing for new perspectives, deeper resilience, and a greater sense of freedom within and without. My work is rooted in empowering others to take ownership of their well-being, releasing what no longer serves them so they can move through life with greater clarity, strength, and self-trust."
