Booking & Payment Info

• Credit card info is required to hold your session. All Payments including cash & Gift Cards are processed before your session begins.

• DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR OTHERS       
Everyone must have their own MassageBook account. To gift a session, use an e-gift card OR you can request ahead of time to pay for their session or put your card on their account. 

 

After booking you will be sent a mandatory one-time health intake form to your inbox (check spam). Once you've completed this form, you are officially in my system and future bookings will not require forms. You will need to complete the form online prior to arrival. 

• ROAM Bodyworks is a non-gratuity practice; Google Reviews are the best way to show appreciation. Only COOL people leave reviews.

Getting Here

The ROAM Studio is located in West Falmouth off exit #53 (from I-95). There is plenty of parking in the lot directly outside of the building or in the private lot across the street.

• We are located on the 2nd Floor (Waiting area downstairs) of the Meadow Wind Institute Building. (Across the street from the Cumberland County Federal Credit Union).

Arrival & Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, Use the facilities if needed, make yourself comfortable in the waiting area and I will greet you before coming upstairs. 
 
• Keep your voice low in all areas of the building—sessions may be in progress.

• Please remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs before entering my studio. Thank you.

Cancellations & Same-Day Appointments

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Review policies here. 

• If you see a same-day spot open go ahead and book it! Hurry up or the session will disappear off the schedule. ​
