This is a structured, professional practice designed for clients who value consistency, respect for time, and clear communication.

If you’re able to follow a few simple steps, you’ll have an excellent experience here. If not, this may not be the right fit.

Appointment Start Times

Sessions are scheduled on structured start times on odd-hours: 9, 11, 1, 3, and 5. 
 
When booking far in advance, MassageBook’s scheduling limitations may display additional start times — like 10, 12, 2, or 4. Please do not book these. Stick to the odd-hour times listed above when available. 
 
In the rare chance your booking lands in a way that disrupts the day’s flow, your start time may be adjusted. It's handled well in advance, and you’ll always receive an automated confirmation.

At the end of the day: no one is guaranteed the start time they see on the calendar. I optimize my schedule to fit my practice, and all minor adjustments will be communicated through the automated system. OPT-IN FOR APPOINTMENT REMINDERS.

Booking & Payment

• All appointments are reserved through the online booking system only (no call/text bookings)
• A valid card on file is required to book
• All sessions are paid prior to start time (including cash and gift cards)
• Sunday appointments are offered at a 20% increased rate (gratuity included). Mon-Sat – Non-Gratuity rate.

• DO NOT BOOK FOR OTHERS. Each client must book under their own account (Gift sessions can be purchased via e-gift card or you may arrange payment in advance)

Before Your Appointment

• A one-time intake form will be sent after booking and must be completed prior to arrival
• Future visits will not require additional forms

Arrival & Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early
• Late arrivals may shorten your session
• Keep voices low—sessions may be in progress
• Shoes are removed before entering the studio

Cancellations

• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations
• Late cancellations will be charged in full
• Review policies here
•Clients are responsible for making all changes to their appointments. However, changes within 48-hours prior to the appointment requires correspondence.

If a same-day appointment appears, it is available to book immediately.
