Getting Here

There are two primary routes to reach the studio (If coming from South):
   
•    Via I-295 to Exit 63 (Gray): This is the quickest route. After exiting, you’ll need to backtrack slightly, but it typically offers a smoother drive.
   
•    Via Route 100/26: This route is more scenic but often experiences delays due to plow trucks, school buses, and slower traffic.

For the most efficient journey, especially during peak hours or inclement weather, I recommend taking I-295 to Exit 63.

•    We are located inside The Spa Studios (2nd stairwell) just to the left of Gray Physical Therapy.

Arrival & Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
Arriving exactly on time cuts into your hands-on session.
 
• Keep your voice low in all areas of the studio—sessions may be in progress.

• Remove your shoes at the front and make yourself comfortable.
 
• I will greet you when I’m ready—please do not come back to my office unless invited, even if you’re running late.

Booking & Payment Info

• Credit card info is required to hold your session. All Payments including cash & Gift Cards are processed after your session. (Leave a note in your booking to let me know.) 

• DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR OTHERS
       Everyone must have their own Vagaro account. To gift a session, use an e-gift card.

Cancellations & Same-Day Appointments

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• If you see a same-day spot open, I’m in the studio and available—go ahead and book it!
